Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION:
I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled appointment. There are no exceptions.
RESCHEDULING:
Rescheduling needs to happen at least 48 hours in advance to avoid this 50% fee + a new deposit. If it is less than 24 hours though, you will be charged my cancellation fee and need to put down a new deposit for your new
appointment. Rescheduling so soon prevents me from being able to fill the appointment slot, and at that point Is essentially the same as a cancellation/ no-show. You can reschedule an appointment twice with the same deposit, but after that a new one will be required.
LATE:
When you are 5 minutes late and I've not heard from you, I will text you to follow up. 15 minutes late is my cut off, as I am scheduled back to back and that interferes with other appointments. I will cancel your appointment and you will be charged a 50% no-show fee.
